My boyfriend and I (in our mid 20's) would like to offer our extra room up for another couple who are trying to move into seattle and need a place, even to stay temporarily. Or are local couple that would like to share a nice house. Write me what your looking for as far as month to month or if your just needing a place till you find something else or if you would like to sign onto our month to month lease. Rent is $590 and utilities are around $150 a month (for 2 people). We also have Internet and its 15$ a month. So really split by 4 of us it be 377.50 each ;) We live off rainier ave south facing lake Washington. Great views all the time :) we have a decent size yard with a started garden, should have pumpkins for holloween :) Easy access to Bus that goes downtown is right up the stairs/block. We are about 15 min drive to downtown. We have two cats and two aquatic turtles. We can consider caged animals coming with you but sorry no dogs allowed by landlord :/ We have a big basement for any extra storage, bikes or crafts space needed plus Free parking. We are both very creative. 420 friendly. Like to play board games (Catan), watch Netflix, We often go out to lake washington on our canoe. We have a record player and nice speakers and love to blast music when cleaning or drinkin (a little) but we don't often invite people besides family or close friends over.. We like the house to be kept clean. I'm a fulltime nanny and my boyfriend is a fulltime student at the art institute for media arts and animation. .
