No pets, smoking or drugs allowed in the home or on the premises. Alcoholic beverages are okay. Overnight guest are allowed but cannot be a live-in. Out of respect for each other please keep the common areas clutter free of personal items (clothes, shoes, personal items, etc) . Please wash/load the dishwasher and/or put away the dishes immediately after use as a courtesy to other. We take our shoes off at the door, and keep volume respectful for neighbors, that's about it.
